  • Are all of your dogs AKC-registered English Cream Golden Retrievers (ECGR)?
Yes, all our dogs are registered Golden Retrievers. Our AKC puppies tend to be exceptionally white and fluffy Golden Retrievers, with large brown or black eyes, blocky heads, and exceptional temperaments.
  • Are ECGRs appropriate for families with small children?
Yes! They are the absolute best breed. Our ECGRs are gentle, trustworthy, intelligent, and very patient with younger children.
  • Are your dogs tested to rule out genetic health problems?
Yes. Our dogs are tested through Wisdom Panel or Embark tests for breeders. All of our dogs have been cleared of any genetic health problems. Each of our dogs have passed 100% of their 210 genetic tests!
  • Are your dogs tested to insure their hips and elbows are strong and healthy?
Yes. Our dogs have been tested through the OFA or PennHip testing process to ensure optimal soundness. Please see the Our Program page for extensive information on our sire and dams.

Yes, our dogs have been evaluated by a veterinarian to ensure optimal cardiac health.
  • Do you provide health guarantees for your puppies?

  • What if for some reason we are unable to care for our puppy?
We will happily take any puppy back for any reason.
  • Where do your dogs spend their time?
Our dogs are raised on our eight acre property where they enjoy 5- 6 outings each day. When our dogs are not running free, we keep them inside of our home. They also enjoy their own outside kennels and an outside pen.
  • Do your dogs have good temperaments?
Only the best! Each of our dams and sire make wonderful companions with traits including loyalty, eagerness to please, gentleness, affection, and responsiveness. Our dogs rarely bark. Unlike their Labrador cousins, they settle down calmly following an appropriate amount of exercise and attention. Our dogs have been very easy to train and tend to stay very close to their humans, even when playing outside.
  • How do I know if we qualify for one of your puppies after submitting a puppy application? Is it difficult to "pass" the puppy application process?
We have been through the application process ourselves and understand how unnerving an application may seem. The purpose of this simple screening is to ensure that our puppies only go to the very best of homes. Our primary concern is that our families will be able to provide the amount of time needed to grow these precious fur babies. If your family members are out of the home throughout the entire day, a puppy will not have the attention and affection that they deserve and need. For us, this is most important screening factor.
  • Do you recommend against raising more than one puppy?
Not at all! If both puppies are given adequate one-one-one time, they can enjoy each others companionship as they grow. Actually, we started our program with two 8-week old half sisters. This turned out to be the most fun and entertaining undertaking ever! Our two girls played non-stop, ensuring lots of exercise and long naps. We had lots of fun watching them develop their own personalities and preferences. It has been wonderful to know that no matter what else may be going on, these two never lack for companionship.
  • How do we pick our puppy?
We begin posting puppy videos at week 4. Puppy selection will take place during week 6 and can be done by either visiting the puppies at our farm or by video. Please note, full payment is due when your puppy is selected.
  • What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Venmo, cash or check as payment.
  • Are you able to ship our puppy?
Yes. We are able to make travel arrangements for your new puppy. Plan to add $400-$500 to your budget to account for plane transportation. Other travel arrangement may be possible as well, please contact us for further information.
